I started as a designer. I stayed because I realized design is the fastest lever a business has, tied to outcomes, not just aesthetics.

For 8 years I have led design across healthcare EHR, B2B SaaS, and AI-integrated platforms. I have sat in rooms with CTOs, pitched to clients, mentored design teams, and shipped products that reduced clinical task time by 58% and turned two-week engagements into nine-month partnerships.

I don't just design. I consult, question, reframe, and deliver. CEOs and CPOs reach out because they need someone who thinks in business problems, not pixels. I have operated across US time zones, run client-facing stakeholder workshops, and built AI-augmented design workflows that cut ideation-to-prototype cycles significantly.
